Dicleli has received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Ottawa,
Canada and his M.Sc. and B.Sc.degrees from METU, Ankara,Turkey. He has
been involved in research projects funded by Ontario Ministry of
Transportation, National Research Council of Canada and Earthquake
Protection Systems Inc of USA.
Dicleli has considerable industrial experience. He has been involved in
the design of residential and commercial high-rise buildings, industrial
structures, grain storage silos, power transmission line and communication
towers and poles, concrete and steel highway bridges.
He has managed design projects with estimated construction cost of
up to 10 million US dollars.
